Toolroom head honcho Mark Knight joins forces with Toolroom Trax resident artist Adrian Hour for a full-on 2 track techno outing. The double bonanza EP promises two of the grooviest tracks on their re-portiere this year, as the veterans kick of the new year in formidable fashion. Both tracks built around a darker undertone a-la-Techno-perfection, the EP promises to be one of the sparkling gems from the alluring Toolroom collection this month. Featuring ‘Suzee‘ and ‘Get Down‘, the EP is now available for purchase on Beatport as well!
‘Suzee’ leads the way with a heads down techno groove and insane builds all the while, the playful vocal jabs seduce you closer and closer into a dancefloor crescendo. Knight brings his years of studio production experience to build plenty of mystique, but its the magnificent breakdowns that really catch the ear! The B-side features ‘Get Down’, which is laden with dark stabs and a quirky vocal hook, whilst maintaining that signature darker hook in the background. Repeat the effervescent buildups and moody drops, and you have the perfect answer to the magic of the A-side gem.
