Still fresh from opening up in an emotional op-ed, Jahan Yousaf has had to wait less than 24 hours to feel the ire of none other than Joel ‘deadmau5′ Zimmerman. We knew it was only a matter of time till Deadmau5 opened the flood gates of his responses via Twitter.
Having said “Deadmau5 saved me from porn” hasn’t really helped Jahan’s cause, it has in fact irked the EDM community (we agree the Yousaf’s shouldn’t be abused, but at the same time such a statement is pretty juvenile) and a series of tweets were to follow from the legendary Canadian producer.
.@Funkagenda if i saved @krewella from porn, then why the fuck are they still on my dick? That shit was over last week. go back to bed.

.@Krewella @billboard it has nothing to dow ith you being a woman, it has everything to do with you sucking at music. Im an equal sex hater.

— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) December 9, 2014
theres a perfectly good reason i dont put @TOKiMONSTA (yes a woman) on blast too… coz shes talented as hell.
— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) December 9, 2014
so @krewella you can take your 1920's smear "sex card" campaign and shove it up your fuckin ass.
— deadmau5 (@deadmau5) December 9, 2014
should have gone into porn in the first place, at least in that industry it's acceptable to screw the people you work with.

This is quickly turning out to be one of the most publicized and famed spat(s) in the EDM industry. We’re sure there’s more to follow, maybe a few more lawsuits here and there? Who knows! Let’s all grab our popcorns, sit back and watch this unfurl…
