Having already set themselves up as the few cornerstones of dance music, Skrillex and Diplo are known for their powerhouse quality productions, however, put the both of them together and you’re a witness to wondrous skills that’d leave your jaw gaping. Earlier this year, Jack Ü had released a fantastically put together track, ‘Take U There‘, featuring melodic vocals from Kiesza, right around the time festivals were hitting it off around the world. Now there’s no doubt about the original being a no nonsense trap record, but 4 producers have aspired to put it in a new light, namely- Vindata, Felix Cartal, TJR and Modern Machines.
Each of these 4 artists give this track a completely different flavour, something well and faraway from what we’d imagined. Vindata’s remix maintains huge diversity, injecting a laidback reggae like beat with vocal edits that’ll leave you grinning. TJR, but naturally, explores this tune and aspires to take all the listeners all the way down to Melbourne, inculcating signature bouncey synths. Felix Cartal, known for his fabulous progressions, does exactly what’s expected of him, curate a beautiful progressive house remix that’s desperately seeking a festival run out. Modern Machines also joins the party giving Jack U a taste of what euphoria and house music sound like put together.
With something in it for everyone, check them all out and tell us your favourite!
