“Gunshot” evokes the feeling of this,- It’s a clearing in the jungle with a bunch of free spirited beings. We have come together to discover and dance to this inviting, curious beat. It begins slow. Who is the maker of this? It’s John Christian of course- brave missionary from across the progressive trance seas.

The beat builds up and invites more of you to be involved. Pop, bob your head, limber your limbs… the music is tempting you to a following. Suddenly you realise that it’s taken over you. You block out the blurring greens, yellow eyed creatures from behind the leaves and cool moonlight. You have been taken over.

Jump, hop, go crazy. We are 3 minutes in when the music takes a surprising turn. You open your eyes slowly; body still moving, you realise that the clearing has the entire jungle dancing along with you, absolutely lost under the moonlight.

Our  only guess the track is called gunshot is because of its sound at the end. The one that wakes you up from your trance. The one that makes you realise that the calm clearing is really your writing desk and missionary John Christian has managed to convert, and take you away.
