Whitey’s enraged reply to loan out his music “cost-free”

Wrap It Up producer, Whitey, has launched a public barrage against a television production company who had initially mailed him asking for rights to his music, cost free.

In a very anger-filled email reply, he writes to “Betty”, a company behind hit shows like Get Your House In Order. He published an image of that email on his facebook page, clearly indicating that he’s out his foot down against production companies that ask for free music all the time.

In the email he states “I want a loud dialogue started in the music press about this shit. I’m sick of these people. I propose a collective blacklist of companies that play this shabby angle, enough.”

This music is my hard-earned property,” he writes. “Would you walk into someone’s home, eat from their bowl, and walk out smiling, saying “So sorry, I’ve no budget for food”?

This fiery, passionate reply from the artist, certainly is a call to arms for all struggling music producers who have to face this anguish frequently and have had enough of it.

Whitey clearly felt that it was about time someone spoke up about it. And that is precisely what is clearly indicated in the email.
