Productive and successful for more than a decade, Italian native artist, producer, DJ and multi-talent EDX first hit people’s radars in 1994 with various mix tapes that within weeks had circulated around the globe. Now he’s out with a preview for his latest production on Toolroom Records.

The newest track, “Hyped”, has a very laid back progressive vibe, much like what EDX is known for.  It starts off with a chiming synth melodic progression that breaks into a synth string stab break down that builds up to drop into a beat that’s almost electro-ish, giving it a sort of a club friendly vibe All in all, it’s something very EDX like, with still a twist that’s fresh enough to keep you coming back for more.
