It was only a matter of time until this ticking time bomb of a track was going to be remixed. With ingenious production skills thanks to two greats Sebastian Ingrosso and Tommy Trash and the charming vocals of John Martin, Reload is one monster of a tune. However, Swedish lounge house duo Tiedye have gone into a remixing direction that’s left us a little confused yet charmed, quite honestly. Adopting an extremely similar synth to that of Daft Punk‘s, the intro of the song has us crooning the lyrics of Get Lucky, until John Martin interrupts us. A very 80’s disco tune compared to an otherwise big room banger, we’re positively impressed with the skills its taken Tiedye to remix a track like this, we’re just not sure how audiences will take to it.
