“Everything he [Protoculture] touches turns to musical gold” – Armin van Buuren

Only a few South African producers enjoy the success that DJ and Producer Nate Raubenheimer, better known to most as Protoculture, has had over the last 8 years. With Massive support from the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Above and Beyond  and Marcus Schulz, This South African genius is out with another masterpiece, “Laguna”.

Laguna, First previewed to the audience on ASOT 600 Mexico, It drove the crowd wild with sheer intensity of emotion conveyed through the track.

This Trance release has everything going for it. Ingenious soundscaping, wonderfully uplifting melodies and vocals, and a very deep driving bass. What’s more, is that its got that wonderfully captivating richness to its sound that one would lose themselves to.

I found that one of the best ways of listening to this, is to close your eyes, set your mind free, and surrender yourself to its enduring melody. Trust me, it’s an undescribable experience.
