Russian duo Eximinds have quickly emerged from the massive pool of upcoming EDM talent over the last two years, and have become one of the fastest rising names in trance and progressive. While Eximinds has existed for several years as a musical experiment with various members, only under the tutelage of current members Alexander Zhukov and Dmitry Momzikov has the musical collective started to gain the attention of EDM’s elite.
Their first track got picked up by Enhanced Music, called Afterlight/Forever Love became an instant hit which opened the flood gates of opportunity. Since then, the budding producers have released superb reworks for Paul Oakenfold, Ronski Speed, Aly & Fila, and fellow Russian producers Bobina, Moonbeam, and Alexander Popov.
They’ve signed on to labels such as Spinnin’, Flashover Recordings, Black Hole Recordings, just to name a few.
As for this next dancefloor banger, They seem to be just bringing it consistently from the production studio. This single, called Clouds, out soon on Toolroom Records, is primarily defined by its clear cut, hypnotic synth melody, Yet it packs enough punch for you to get up of your seats, and stomp your feet, wherever you maybe.
On the original mix, we’ve got what sounds like a perfect bigroom track, with haunting vocals that could possibly take you on a journey from start to finish. From the break-in to the bridge, it’ll take definitely take you places that would leave a serene smile on your face.
On the Alex Larichev remix, seems like the entire track is reworked with a very hard hitting saw riff. Much harder and pounding than the original; it really amps the power quotient yet beautifully includes the original melody.
If these guys keep hitting us like this. Big things are in store for them. Big things
