It’s finally happening! The one event which trance fans all over India were waiting for with bated breath, is finally happening. Armin van Buuren is bringing his coveted A State Of Trance Festival to India for the 2nd time, with Mumbai being chosen as the lucky host city both the times.
Trance fans are no strangers to A State Of Trance. With over 700 episodes so far (709, to be precise), ASOT has gone on to become one of the most listened dance music radio show around the world. And with several events taking place in celebration of the 700th episode, spanning from Australia (Sydney and Melbourne), Utrecht, Miami and Bueno Aires, Mumbai now becomes the 5th city to host the iconic event. that too in the whole of Asia. It’s no surprise Mumbai was chosen as the host city for ASOT Festival this time around, as ASOT 600 and Armin Only – Intense were almost sold out, so choosing the city was a no brainer.
Joining Armin van Buuren in Mumbai will be Cosmic Gate, Orjan Nilsen, Simon Patterson and Super8 & Tab. While all of the other artists have played in India, Simon Patterson will be taking to the decks for the first time in the country, and his inclusion in the lineup has the fans psyched.
