The transference from straightforward trance sounds to the much diverse and even more fulfilling hurdle-free productions has been one phenomenal act of Ferry Corsten that we’ll never forget and always admire. Today, as the dance music veteran still continues to rule and carry forward his legacy, we shed some light on his exceedingly awaited brand new ‘Hello World’ EP. Ahead of time and truly showcasing his artistic skills and range as a producer, the trailblazer’s new EP has quality music that will become a template for others to follow.
First output in a series of three, ‘Hello World‘ EP packs seven unique tracks, all anthemic in their own right. Corsten’s enormous diversity is clearly visible as the EP embroils elements of electro, progressive, trance, tech, house and yet more.
In the early days of EP previews, we’ve witnessed the fan-favorite electro-pop track ‘Hyper Love’ released in 2014, quickly become a radio favorite leading in to 2015, which was then followed by Ferry’s progressive stunner with Haris ‘Back To Paradise’. ‘Beat As One’ that is second in the package, features striking vocal talent Angelika Vee and comes with enthralling chords peppered with hooky harmonies.
‘Tonka’ has dark and minimal melody leads, one that will surely entice club and festival-goers for years to come. While the anthemic single ‘Make It Ours’ featuring Chris Jones snakes you through the Big-Room synths. Concluding the impeccable EP are high-energy Flashover Mixes of ‘Back To Paradise’ and ‘Make It Ours’, and Corsten’s collab with Nat Dunn ‘Hyper Love’.
