Porter-R

Porter Robinson has been on a roll with his single releases ever since the announcement of his upcoming album ‘Worlds’, and the last little teaser before the grand act will be the single Flicker, as he recently announced in an interview with inthemix.

During the await of the release of ‘Worlds’ due on August 12th, Porter has already unleashed three brilliant tracks off the album, namely Lionhearted, Sea Of Voices, and Sad Machine, each having become fan favourites. Apart from these, the young sensation is all set to release his fourth and final single before the album release called Flicker, which according to him audiences have already been acquainted with in his 2-hour essential mix for BBC Radio 1. “The next song that’s coming out – it’s called ‘Flicker’ – was the fourth song that I played in my BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, actually. If you Shazam it, it comes up and it says ‘Flicker.’ It’s the one that starts off with a hip-hop beat and a vocal that’s Japanese and really high-pitched, right after ‘Marijuana’ by Chrome Sparks”, he says. Don’t worry, the album will still have eight fresh, new and unheard tracks to offer apart from these four singles.

With all this news one thing is for sure, there’s lot’s of exciting goodies coming out from Porterland for us very soon! Stay tuned as unwrap them all for you.
