Ambivalent – Scorpio EP
Ambivalent works out of Berlin, but for the last decade has been shuttling between New York and the German capital.
An incredibly innovative artist behind the console, defying pigeon-holes with ease, Ambivalent skyrocketed out of the groundbreaking minimal movement and cemented himself at the forefront of America’s re-invasion of the European scene.
His mind is a workshop most producers and DJs would like to spend a while in. He links loops graciously and binds bold beats, showing us his grand style. Ambivalent’s new EP “Scorpio” is what you listen to after a hard days work when all you need is a dose of smooth large sounds. Each of the three tracks on the EP are layered and textured in that signature Ambivalent style.
