YES YES YES! It is a beautiful day to be an electronic music fan. While Porter Robinson and Madeon fans had been waiting for a collaboration between the two for a long time now, we literally did not expect the result to drop out of the sky onto the Internet.
Two of the most forward-thinking artists in the scene, they both have put out iconic tracks over the years including their most recent albums, “Worlds” and “Adventure” respectively that has sealed their position as true visionaries. And now back to the topic at hand, their joint effort is here and it is magical!
Titled “Shelter”, the track originally surfaced on the Porter Robinson sub-reddit after an iTunes link was posted which still stands as a Korea exclusive. Nonetheless for now, you can listen to it below. Truly impossible to describe the production involved and the emotions it manages to evoke, I can say this much that the track is everything and much more that we could have hoped for from the two!
