A booming name in Big Room and Electro territory, Bassjackers have collaborated with fellow Dutchman Jay Hardway on this festival-ready tune, ‘El Mariachi’, which is turning out to be a pretty decent combination of progressive and electro sounds.
“El Mariachi” moves around a Latin-inspired progression. In the buildup, Bassjackers style hard-hitting snares are clearly audible and the brass dominated drop is booming with bass-heavy kicks. The second half shows more of Jay Hardway style with his signature vocal chops and vocal chants infused synth lead progressing with chord stabs.
Already supported by the likes of Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, Bassjackers, Tiësto, Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero and more, “El Mariachi” is sure to take its toll during the festival season.
