No matter how talented Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are, the Belgian duo has unarguably lost credibility in the dance music spectrum. May it be due to their infamous acts on some of the world’s biggest stages or being attached to the controversial DJ MAG polls with widespread allegations about the duo employing a team that went from person to person with iPads at Tomorrowland, they have tried to retain and build on their names recently with vinyl-only performances to help them find any more recognition for good.
This past weekend though, as the spotlight continued to focus on Coachella, SFX‘s prime property Tomorrowland conducted its second edition in Brasil. And funnily enough during DVLM‘s headlining set, an avid fan decided to take things up a notch as he sneaked onto the backstage and even managed to get behind the decks. That’s not all as the youngster kissed Dimitri before getting mauled by Like Mike. And if the videos are anything to go by, the DJ/producer took several shots at the man even after security guards managed to get a hold of the fan.
