Watch This: Zedd and Aloe Blacc Perform ‘Candyman’ Live On Good Morning America

When Zedd and Aloe Blacc decided to take Sammy Davis Jr.’s iconic hit ‘Candyman‘ and re-create it as a modern day version for M&M’s 75th Anniversary, they must have been aware that they’ll receive a fair amount of attention for their daring act. While their rendition has received both positive and negative reviews, the publicity eventually led to the duo performing their version in studio for Good Morning America!

For the occasion, Zedd traded his MIDI controller for a piano and supported Blacc’s vocals alongwith guitarists and horn players. Being featured on Good Morning America is surely a good thing for exposure of dance music artists to a larger audience. Also, the version gave an alternative version to the already modern rendition of the duo.
