Not long ago, Alexander Shapovalov parted ways with Hard Rock Sofa and went solo with the new moniker, Shapov. 2015 has been a great year for Shapov with the releases like Everybody EP, Runic, and Paradigm, and to continue with his never ending experiments, he returns to Axtone with a brand new release, “Future Rave“.
“Future Rave” is an out of the box take on the fusion of Electro House and Hip Hop. Pulsating electro synths and a sublime bassline lead to the breakdown which drops the tempo of the mix and unleashes booming 808s and Hip Hop beats. Again accompanied by the electro elements and some good old bass wobbles, the track catches the tempo, again dropping to the same electro atmosphere which brought you to the Hip Hop breakdown.
Having been a major part of developing the Russian big room sound, it is no surprise that the names like Martin Garrix, Matisse & Sadko, Afrojack, David Guetta, Deniz Koyu, Max Vangeli, Sander van Doorn and many more are backing this excellent release by Shapov. Aptly named “Future Rave” shows Shapov’s excellent production skills.
Shapov‘s latest track “Future Rave” is out now via Axtone Records and you can grab your copy on Beatport from here. Meanwhile, stream the track below!
