Dutch heavyweight Nicky Romero has massive plans for 2016. After displaying two stellar tracks in the form of ‘Lighthouse‘ and ‘Harmony‘ with Stadiumx late last year, the “Toulouse” star is kicking off the year’s proceedings with his much anticipated collaboration with music legend Nile Rodgers.
Aptly titled “Future Funk”, this gem of a collaboration marks the second chapter of Nicky’s special Trilogy series. The Dutch producer discusses his upcoming release stating the track came about when Rodger’s experimental riff was noticed by the artist himself and the rest is history. A perfect blend of funked out guitar riffs and lush beats laid on top of a catchy melody and striking vocals, this one is an effortless fusion of Nile’s impeccable skills and Nicky’s production genius.
