Facebook’s unrelenting efforts to make the social media platform indispensable for its users saw it launch a new music feature that will integrate music from Spotify and Apple Music into their news feed.
The feature, called Music Stories, allows you to share 30 second clips from Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes, even if you don’t have their apps installed on your phone or aren’t subscribed to them. The feature also allows users to learn more about the song or buy it directly from the respective source. The feature is only available for Facebook’s iOS users, and there’s no information on whether it’ll be released on Android or not.
