Alesso‘s track ‘Cool’ is one of the most remixed tracks this summer and it is no surprise as to why. Two Friends have done the remix a great amount of justice and delivered a stellar summer tune.
What’s admirable is that Two Friends have stepped out of their usual progressive sound zone and have successfully managed to deliver an uplifting and energetic sound whilst keeping the original soul of the song intact. The track starts off with the beautiful vocals and generates a buildup full of piano melodies, enthralling drum beats and the drop is just what the summer vibe needs! The drop is all about the melodies and beats taking centre stage radiating energy all around. The second half of the track registers a change in vibe. The vocals seamlessly make the track find it’s way back to the drop through the breakbeat rhythm technique employed by the LA based duo.
