Like yesterday, the festivities were kick started by contest winners on the Good Times stage. Delhi boy Zaeden kicked off the Dance Temple stage, followed by New World Sound and Sidney Samson. While Paris Blohm unfortunately couldn’t make it to the festival due to flight delays,Sidney Samson and New World Sound brought several cross-genre tracks to the stage that appealed to the masses. The Dance Temple stage was also graced by the Krewella sisters whose levels of energy took the festival to a greater height. From punjabi tracks to dubstep, there was little they didn’t cover. Fearless of getting sweaty, the sisters sang live, from one end of the stage to the other and got the crowd moving with renditions of ‘We Will Rock You‘ among other classics.  Knife Party, who were in India for the first time ever put forth a phenomenal performance with a fabulous set that lit the stage on fire. Watching the crowd lose their minds to Internet Friends gave everyone a sense of togetherness, pushing away boundaries, all for the communal love for music.

Cubezoid played host to acts such as These 2 Guys, Sequ3l, DubVision, Australian Trance vocalist Emma Hewitt performing live, followed by Michael Wood and the legend himself, Paul Oakenfold. Though there were some delays in DubVision‘s set, Cubezoid managed to attract a huge crowd apart from the main stage.

The Space Station, home to house and techno, saw the likes of Jitter, Ibellini, Francesca Lombardo and Damian Lazarus dish out what can only be described as transcendental sets. Perfect bliss for those who like their music groovy.
The Live Stage saw some brilliant performances from Big City Harmonics and Dualist Inquiry, while Space Jungle saw the likes of Earthling. Illumination and Govinda x Arjuna delve into the listener’s mind and take them on a journey.

The kite festival saw light too as we saw several kites soaring in the air along with good music. Throngs of people flocked to the flea market to buy knick-knacks to remind them of their spectacular day at Sunburn. We can only hope for Day 3 to be even better, with better music and spirits!

#sunburn #goa AMAZING night. Thank you!
