After months of controversy and plenty of unrest in the Krewella camp over members leaving and talks of disbandment, the revived duo of the Yousaf sisters return to the studio with their own artistic flair. Always known to wear their hearts on their sleeves, the sisters hope to send out a message through their new single as they lash out to critics over accusations of creative intent post the departure of Kris Trindl aka Rainman. Krewella return with a rejuvenated sound style fusing elements of Rock, Electro & Drum n’Bass on their brand new production ‘Say Goodbye’ – and the best part; its a FREE DOWNLOAD!
The announcement of the track was accompanied with a message through their Facebook message where the sisters have decided to ‘speak out’. This is perhaps in retaliation to the heaps of accusations and complaints launched by Trindl following his very public exit of the once Trio-group.
The track is placed at an important juncture of the Krewella graph, as they recreate their musical realm to infuse plenty of conventional musical styles mashed up as one. The track stands out as a standalone production, whose style is hard to pin down on, however it does unleash plenty of energy and emotion through its heavy electric guitar riffs and penchant vocals.
