Deadmau5 buys a McLaren P1

Deadmau5, who recently parted with his beloved (and our beloved too) Purrari (A Ferrari 458 Italia) and bought a McLaren P650S, has now bought a spanking new McLaren P1.
It’s no secret that the mau5 loves his cars. He’s always known to splurge extravagantly on custom modifications, decals and what not. And now he’s splashed out a sum of $1,150,000 for the P1, which is one of the three new hybrid super cars available in the market currently, alongside Porsche 918 Spyder and LaFerrari.
Deadmau5 revealed this news through one of his most favourite medium, Twitter, with the following tweet.

For all you car connoisseurs, here are some technical specifications of the super car.

“The McLaren P1 is one of three new hybrid hypercars on the market, the others being the Porsche 918 Spyder and LaFerrari. The P1 utilises an upgraded variant of the 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine from the 12C designed to now deliver 727 hp at 7,300 rpm and 531 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. This internal combustion engine is then mated to an electric motor delivering a further 176 hp and 192 lb-ft of torque leading to a total of 903 hp and 664 lb-ft.”
