How often do we see those boring safety videos during an in-flight course? Do we just look the other way, planning our course on arrival, or are we staring at some co-passengers hoping to strike a conversation? Well, Canadian airlines Mallard Air may have hit the bullseye with their new innovative Safety video featuring Canadian Electro-funk duo Chromeo! The video features an in-flight dance party with Dave 1 and P-Thugg grooving and singing along the customary precautions of the Safety manual, all under the backdrop of a funky sound!
When Mallard approached us about share acquisition, we thought it was a joke! (Then we realized) The partnership made total sense. Besides, our business managers always encouraged us to diversify our investments. For a band like us, this feels bold and new.
We spend our life on airplanes, and there’s always something wrong: from the uniforms to the business class menu, to the way they handle oversize baggage. Our association with Mallard will give us the opportunity to change that and to offer a travel experience the way we see it.
Certainly a unique initiative by the airlines and Chromeo to ensure safety amongst passengers, while infusing their own little slice of funk & fun! Check out the video on the link below!
