World renowned producer/DJ, Avicii has added yet another accolade to his already packed hat. Having already got back in the studio to work on the follow up to his immensely successful album – ‘True‘, the exceedingly talented Swede has now gone on to top the charts once again and has this time been listed as the frontrunner of Spotify’s ’25 Under 25′ which acts as yet another noteworthy indicator of his already fruitful career.

Interestingly, the dance music superstar is followed by pop music’s most iconic figures which include Lorde, Miley Cyrus, One Direction, and Taylor Swift who together formulate the rest of the top five while fellow dance music stalwarts Zedd and Disclosure join Avicii on #15 and #20 respectively.

Earlier this year, the superstar DJ’s widely popular track, “Wake Me Up“ was awarded the #1 title as Spotify’s most streamed song of all time after it garnered 200 million plays and the Swede also went on to become the first artist under 25 to reach a billion streams in total.
