Superstar producers of Revealed Recordings– Dyro, Dannic and Hardwell himself always manage to put up a spectacular show whenever they get together for their performances. However, what probably was the eeriest performance ever, just created all the more excitement for the lucky folks who got to witness it. With the Revealed Recordings bus tour in full flow, Monday’s performance was scheduled at Niagara Falls, New York. What’s interesting is that the show was held at the Rapids theatre, apparently one amongst the most haunted locations that side of town. Having been constructed in 1921, it played host to a suicide of an actress, post which paranormal activity began. With the usual voices, footsteps and other creaky ghost-like shenanigans, it seemed like there were some uninvited guests who wanted a taste of some fine dance music.
With Dyro and Dannic’s sets having gone flawlessly, it seemed like Hardwell was the unlucky one. Right in the middle of his set, one of his CDJ’s stopped working for no reason whatsoever. For a couple of minutes, there was a lot of confusion leading to frightening silence. Fifteen minutes later, it was also detected that the other CDJ kept skipping. Now bear in mind, it’s extremely rare for such high-quality equipment to falter the way it did. Eventually, Hardwell took to the mic and explained the history of the building and it past occurrences.
Not one to be scared away, Hardwell decided to chase out all supernatural activities with A-grade music. Telling the ghosts to “f**k off“, Hardwell cued this moment to drop the legendary “Ghosts & Stuff” as the crowd continued their raging flipping off any apparitions around. Seemed like this tactic worked, as there were no interruptions for the rest of the night.
