For his new compilation, DJ and radio show host Pete Tong has created a collection of house music classics.

Interestingly ‘The Pete Tong Collection’ is said to look back on the last three decades of dance music, and feature sixty of the genre’s most outstanding tracks.

When asked about curating the compilation, Pete said:

“Now seems the right time to have a look back over this phenomenal history, and remember where we were when we first heard these life-changing anthems. The music hasn’t gone away and its influences have only spread further, with the sound crossing over into almost any genre you’ll hear in 2013. From the groundbreaking and pioneering old school legends, to the equally innovative sound of today’s stars, this is my brief history of the incredible movement that is known as house music.”
