Burn Residency, the largest global DJ competition, has spent the last year embarking on a global search for up and coming DJ talent. Just weeks ago, entrants were narrowed down to 18 hopefuls and flown to Ibiza where they had a once in a lifetime chance to win a summer long residency at one of the top clubs in Ibiza.
This year saw more than 5,000 DJs from over 90 countries apply for burn Residency. The top candidates took part in local mix off events and 18 finalists were then chosen and flown to Ibiza for an intense two week bootcamp, where they battled it out for both live opportunities and mentoring from industry heavy weights.
Finally, for three of the DJs, their dream became reality…we can now reveal that this years burn Residency winners are Lea Dobricic, Tommy Kid and Hyena. Hit past the break to know more about the winners now!

After capturing the judges’ attention from the beginning, winning the first challenge and securing a place in the final six, 28 year old Lea Dobricic from Serbia was chosen to join the line up at the world’s biggest club, Privilege.
