Legendary singer-songwriter Prince has passed away at the age of 57. As per TMZ reports, the veteran’s body was discovered inside his Minnesota home studio in Paisley Park on Thursday, April 21. Moreover, a few days ago, Prince was also admitted to the hospital after suffering flu-like symptoms which had persisted for several weeks that caused his flight to make an emergency landing in Illinois.
One of the finest musicians to have ever graced the stage, the man served as a major figure in popular music for over three decades. He won seven Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe, and an Academy Award and was also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
A dark day for the music industry, R.I.P Prince.
