Though Alesso released ‘Heroes’ last August, it’s shelf life had been refreshed with the innumerable remixes that came out ever since its release. Having been retouched by artists such as Jai Wolf, Amtrac, Branchez and many others, ‘Heroes’ has received every bit of the much deserved attention. With the release of Basic Tape’s take on this track, it goes to show that there is always some room for innovation and freshness.
Basic Tape aka Sav and Ben ‘french-ed’ up ‘Heroes’ and gave the already existing soulful vocals the twist of a catchy piano melody underlying a pretty sexy beat. With the customary chilled vibes radiating from Basic Tape’s yet another successful reincarnation, ‘Heroes’ is all set for its second round of gallantry.
