Boy wonder Madeon created waves of enthusiasm last week when he announced the impending release of his new track “You’re On” as well as posted a short Instagram clip to accompany it. After what seemed like an eternity, the track finally debuted on BBC Radio 1, and is also up for grabs via iTunes. With signature Madeon beats, this is him attempting to do something different however, as he strays from his usual deeper electro sound and indulges in a bit of light pop.
That being said, Madeon still manages to inject upbeat melodies clubbed together with the chopped up vocals of Kyan. To be featured on his debut album Adventure that’s slated for a 2015 release, we can’t help but rub our hands with glee in anticipation of what’s to come next.
