Tom Swoon feat. Taylr Renee – Wings (Original Mix)

Tom Swoon ft Taylr Renee - Wings (Original Mix)

Young and upcoming Polish producer/deejay Tom Swoon seems to have gotten the recipe right. With back to back hits, the most recent being Not Too Late featuring the vocals of the quite talented Amba Shepherd, he follows the same modus operandi with his latest tune. Titled Wings, Tom Swoon has employed the vocals of Taylr Renee to add a touch of femme fatale to his latest brainwave. Pure progressive house is an apt description for this tune. Using calm, delicate melodies and a pacey bassline to this track Tom Swoon has incorporated an atom bomb of a drop, injecting beautiful stabs right when they’re needed the most. Overall, we love this track and believe Tom Swoon is going to get better and better! No news of a release date, but we’ll keep you updated on that. Till then, check it out below:

Tom Swoon and Amba Shepherd – ‘Not Too Late’ (Official Video)

Artwork for Tom Swoon feat Amba Shepherd

Tracks which have vocals in EDM are like a gateway drug, once you listen to one it is the beginning of a journey worth a lifetime. The first thing that you notice in this track name is Amba Shepherd.  The sexy Australian vocalist has become a household name for any EDM lover. Named the ‘number one voice on today’s dance floor’ by DMC World, Amba has collaborated with the next big thing from Poland Tom Swoon for this outstanding track which transports you to an alternate state of mind. The video which released in May is a roar and has wonderful temptress feeling to it.

Not Too Late‘ released under Ultra Records is set in the fast paced city which looks like Tokyo or Shanghai, with two people finding each other in the mad rush of mundane every day affairs. The video starts off with a bizarre chase of sorts through alleys and Chinese restaurants and flights of stairs with loads of alcohol. The camera has well matched the music because the juxtaposition of fast trains with the haunting voice of Amba gives a beautiful feel to the overall video. Swoon makes everyone swoon with his up-kept beats and fantastic draws which work very well especially when you wait for the drop.

With the psychedelic lights and the jarring jumps, when I watched this video I felt as though I was on acid. The video seems like a quest, a search for something- true love, passion, lust, nobody knows but it leaves you pondering and thoughtful and tripped out all at the same time.
