Hailing from Mumbai, Nikhil Malik has cemented his spot as one of the finest musical acts to come out of the country. Renowned for being a pop-rap producer, multi-instrumentalist, DJ and a performer, he is now all set to unravel the next chapter of his musical journey. Following the recent unveil of his solo project ICONYK, the talented artist has shared his debut single ‘Fallin’‘ which also serves as the first piece from his forthcoming album, ‘The Girlfriend Experience‘ due out later in 2019.
Made in collaboration with his brother UpsideDown which also marks it as their first joint effort, the Krewella and Jay Sean collaborator stirs up the exotic flavours on this infectious record as ICONYK links up with fellow California-based singer Bombae Rhodes and Atlanta-based rapper Slim Spitta for a truly global creation. Drawing influences from elements of reggaeton, moombahton and dance-friendly pop, the supremely catchy jam proves to be a melting pot of addictive sounds which is poised to take over dance floors and airwaves in the near future.
