Earlier last night, pop star Demi Lovato was reportedly hospitalised following a possible drug overdose. As reported by TMZ, the ‘Sorry Not Sorry‘ hitmaker was taken to a L.A. hospital after she was found unconscious at her home. She was treated with Narcan, which is used to treat narcotic overdose, and has already begun her recovery. Lovato’s representatives issued a statement which reads:
“Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support. Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy“
Having battled substance abuse for years, Demi had managed to stay sober for six years before relapsing which she also talked about in her recently released song, ‘Sober‘. We at Bangin Beats wish a speed recovery for Demi Lovato.
