2018 has been an incredible year for Swedish House Mafia fans. The EDM supergroup finally reunited to close down Ultra Miami‘s 20th anniversary celebrations earlier in March, and ever since rumours are rife about the trio’s impending reunion tour. Just last week, Axwell teased a Swedish House Mafia tour in 2019 during an Axwell /\ Ingrosso show in Brooklyn, and now Steve Angello has something to say about the tour too.
Speaking to Swedish daily Sydsvenskan for an interview, Steve confirmed the SHM tour in 2019.
It’s happening, of course. All details aren’t set, but in 2019 we are back!
Now, this all but confirms that EDM’s favourite trio are indeed back, and we can’t wait to see them in action all around the world. However, as Angello said, all details aren’t set yet and it remains to be seen whether the tour will be an extensive one or a short one. Till then, all we can do is wait and watch.
