Beyoncé And Jay-Z Drop Surprise New Album, ‘Everything Is Love’

The biggest power couple in the music industry, Beyoncé and Jay-Z dropped a surprise with the release of their collaborative album ‘Everything Is Love‘ under the alias The Carters.

Rumours of a collaborative album between the two artists were in the air after Jay-Z mentioned in an interview they used “art almost like a therapy session” to create new music. Beyoncé announced the album during the London leg of her and Jay-Z’s On The Run II tour on June 16, 2018, premiering the video of their single ‘Apeshit‘ on the LED screens at the show, which was then followed by the release of the album, initially on Jay-Z’s streaming portal TIDAL, but was later made available to other platforms including Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music amongst many others.

Featuring 9 tracks and spanning over 35 minutes, the album lyrically revolves around the couple’s romantic love, family, lifestyle and struggles, as well as a celebration of being black. Stream the LP here below.
