The recent passing away of Avicii has shook the world to its core. As reported earlier, the famed producer/DJ was found dead in Oman on Friday, April 20. With people and artists from across the globe grieving the loss of the iconic act, OneRepublic decided to pay their respects to Avicii during their debut India show in Mumbai this past weekend.
Performing at the NSCI Dome, the pop-rock band paid a heartfelt tribute to Tim Bergling by delivering a stunning cover of his 2013 smash hit, ‘Wake Me Up‘. A stripped down version of the original which was brought to life by Ryan Tedder and his bandmates for a truly special moment during their show, you can relive the live performance below.
