Ever since he burst on to the dance music scene in 2014, Zaeden has become synonymous with releasing music that never stuck to one genre. Be it big room, pop influenced deep house or future bass, the 22 year old DJ and producer has continued breaking genre barriers with his music, and continues the tradition with his first effort of 2018.
Zaeden has teamed up with Delhi based singer/songwriter Chezin (aka Chetan Dominic Awasthi) to release his own cover of Lauv‘s ‘I Like It Better‘. A bare bones, stripped down version, the cover sees Zaeden on vocal duties and the acoustic guitar, while Chezin provides support with the electric guitar and backing vocals. A welcome change from his high octane releases, the cover paints Zaeden in a whole new light, and it’ll be interesting to see if the producer has further plans of releasing more acoustic music in the coming future.
