With the number of music festivals being hosted in the country, India is all set to get a brand new festival to be hosted by the Government of India in March.
The Festival of Bharat will be taking place at the Tijara Fort-Palace in Alwar, Rajasthan from the 1st-4th March, and will feature attractions such as an organic holi party, yoga retreat, food festival and a literature fest. Acts on the lineup will include classical musicians such as Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Bollywood singer Jonita Gandhi, violinist Karthick Iyer, fusion acts The Aditya Prakash Ensemble, Prem Joshua and Band, among others.
The festival will also have Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s social media strategist, Vikas Pandey, give a talk along side many other dignitaries. Tickets for the festival can be bought from BookMyShow.
