Tom Swoon has been taken into custody by Polish police after news emerged that the Polish DJ/producer was involved in a fatal car crash while under the influence of alcohol, resulting in the death of one person.
According to multiple reports, Swoon was driving with 2 grams of alcohol in his system, which is over the legal BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) allowed in Poland. He was later arrested and sent to jail to sober up, and will be charged formally thereafter. Swoon’s Volkswagen collided with another car containing two people, which led to the death of the passenger, while the driver is in the hospital in an unknown condition.
