This Indian Producer From The UK Is Giving Electronic Music A Touch Of Bollywood, And You Need To Give Him A Listen!

As upcoming Indian producers continue setting new benchmarks with their productions, we have yet another upcoming artist on the horizon, who’s trying something new by bridging the gap between electronic music and Bollywood with his music.

Enter MKSFHT, an Indian producer based in the UK, who’s been generating quite the hype with his latest production, ‘Juda‘. Featuring evocative male vocals coupled by some scintillating production value, bringing to the fore combined elements of future bass and trap, ‘Juda’ is indeed a breath of fresh air. The track recently got support on  the Official BBC Radio Asian Network, receiving airplay alongside music from artists such as Migos, NAV, Usher, Kehlani and many more.

MKSHFT has previously worked on two tracks, including a revibe of ‘Silsila‘ from the 2002 hit Devdas, as well as an original titled ‘Omkara‘. He is greatly influenced and inspired by the Indian music instruments, and along with his knack for music, one thing that has truly influenced him is his interest in the traditional elements of his lifestyle.

Using his mask as a way of letting his music speak for him instead of his physical identity, MKSHFT takes inspiration from fictional characters and he represents his art with his looks. The black rubic cubes defines the unique approach towards working with Hindi regional music.
