Skrillex Teams Up With ‘Bangarang’ Collaborator For A Brand New Single ‘Deadbeat’

Skrillex might not be touring in 2017, but that hasn’t stopped the bass stalwart from releasing new music. With a bunch of tracks already out, including the highly awaited remix of Kendrick Lamar‘s ‘HUMBLE.’, the dubstep gargantuan has yet another track, this time with former collaborator Sirah, who has previously worked with Sonny on hits such as ‘Kyoto‘, ‘Bangarang‘ and ‘Weekends‘.

The track, titled ‘Deadbeat‘, features a signature trap meets hip hop bassline, albeit a bit distorted, and wavering synths with Sirah dropping her verses effortlessly. A far shout from both the artists’ previous collaborations, ‘Deadbeat’ is an impressive effort, and stands testament to Skrillex’s openness to experiment with new styles.
