It’s that time of the year again! One of India’s biggest music festivals, Bacardi Nh7 Weekender kicked off Thursday morning with the unveil of the highly awaited lineup for their 2017 edition. With Meghalaya and Pune having earlier being announced as this year’s locations, their latest season will also mark the popular event’s eighth installment.
As part of an exciting move which saw the festival organizers divide the lineup into several parts, the proceedings gave way to several big guns including Steve Vai, Textures, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Marky Ramone, Swet Shop Boys alongside the likes of Indian heavyweights namely Indian Ocean, Ram Sampath, Dualist Inquiry, Ankur & The Ghalat Family, Skyharbor, Parvaaz. Moreover, with a rare live performance by the legendary Vishal Bhardwaj which will also grace the Pune audience, it surely looks like 2017 is going to be one for the books! NH7 Weekender is set to take place in Meghalaya on October 27th and 28th and Pune from December 8-10.
