Winter has officially arrived! After an early morning kick off courtesy the Season 7 premiere of Game Of Thrones, fans were greeted to yet another intense start to the long awaited beginning of the franchise’s latest installment. And what grabbed eyeballs around the world was not GoT’s own cast, but a cameo appearance by Ed Sheeran.
Having teased his involvement with the TV series giant earlier this year, the pop superstar has now joined the likes of Coldplay, Mastodon, Of Monsters and Men, and Sigur Rós who have previously made cameos. Playing the role of a solider from the Lannister Army, fans get to see Ed engage in a brief conversation with Arya Stark. Also singing a little ditty, which is reportedly titled “Hands of Gold“, you can watch the clip below.
