It’s just been 6 months since deadmau5 released his album ‘W:/2016ALBUM‘, and our favourite Canadian producer is back at what he does best. Producing music. During his most recent Twitch stream, Zimmerman created a brand new track, much to the delight of his fans.
Tentatively titled ‘Midas’s Heels‘ by the fans, the track is a dark and gritty production, a perfect addition to Joel’s impressive arsenal of unreleased gems. The title is a subtle dig towards the mau5’s disdain for The Chainsmokers & Coldplay‘s ‘Something Just Like This‘ lyrics, especially the part “Achilles and his gold“, and hence comes ‘Midas’s heel‘.
