Apple Says Goodbye To iPod Shuffle And Nano!

Apple iPod Nano Shuffle

It is the end of an era. Technology giant Apple has decided to pull the plug on its iconic iPod’s Shuffle and Nano models. As announced by the company yesterday, they will be permanently discontinuing two of their most successful products. While the iPod Classic saw the end of the line in 2014, the meteoric success of iPhone has undeniably led Apple to take a major call like this. But more interestingly, the Tim Cook-led company will now only be retailing the Touch model. In an official statement, Apple said:

“Today, we are simplifying our iPod lineup with two models of iPod touch now with double the capacity starting at just $199 and we are discontinuing the iPod shuffle and iPod nano.”
