Victor Ruiz, one of the hottest producers in techno circuit is back on the ever sizzling Senso Records for yet another mind bending release. Although the original is appropriately powerful, it’s Bart Skils’ remix that steals the EP. In his rendition of ‘Red Lights’, Skils bridges the gap between Kraftwerk and sleek techno of Detroit’s second wave.
Pounding right from the start with emerging bassline in the background, he has built the track to provide immense energy even before the chorus. The prime time arrives when the techno number calms down entirely and rebuilds to expose a mammoth of an arrangement of complex techno sound elements.
