One of drum n bass music’s most successful outfits, Black Sun Empire are plotting a massive return in 2017! And to kick things off in fitting fashion, the Dutch collective has now unveiled a colossal new collaboration with fellow DnB heavyweights Noisia. Known for their dark and tech fueled take on the genre, BSE has already worked with the Vision label heads on earlier releases like “Feed The Machine“, “Lead Us” and more.
Titled “The Veil“, the brand new single is a masterclass in crafting yet one of the most satisfying releases within the DnB space in recent times. With Noisia adding their notable input to the overall production with their own visceral sound, BSE work in tandem with the fellow trio to unleash a cutting-edge sonic structure. Hefty, cinematic buildups welcome listeners to the neuro soundscape before tension peaks to give way to a steady beat which hits the decks hard. Bolstered by chaotic percussion arrangements and gritty, ruthless chords, the memorable collaborative effort plays out to be an exact representation of both outfits’ signature styles.
“The Veil” is set to be released alongside Black Sun Empire‘s collaboration with Pythius on February 17 via Blackout Recordings.
