Coachella took to their Facebook page to announce Beyonce will not be headlining the festival this year, at the advice of her doctors due to her pregnancy.
Beyonce was supposed to headline Coachella on Day 2 of both the weekends alongside Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar, but it’s unclear now who will be filling her slot at the festival, which is barely a month and a half away. However, Goldenvoice and Parkwood, who are the promoters of Coachella, have confirmed that Beyonce will return to headline the festival in 2018.
A number of fans are calling for Daft Punk to headline, and it would indeed be a spectacle. But the chances of that happening look slim, so all we can do is just wait for Coachella to make an official announcement for the third headliner. Check out the announcement here below!
